JOSÉ YSA

José Ysa is a third-generation Peruvian chef from Japanese immigrants.

He was born in Peru and dreamed of becoming a chef from a young age. After graduating from high school, he traveled to Japan to train in the cuisine of his family roots and then moved to Miami, where he perfected his culinary art. Influenced by the fusion of Peruvian and Japanese cuisine, José has stood out for his creativity and respect for fresh ingredients, becoming a leader in fusion cuisine and taking his culinary offerings to new levels internationally.
